Refund Policy

Muni is a one-time purchase of a digital product. Because it is delivered digitally and usable immediately, all sales are final, with the exceptions below. Please try the free third-party API service accounts and read the home page FAQ before you buy so you know what you’re getting.
Sales are final
When you buy Muni, you receive immediate access to download the app and your license. For that reason we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is complete.
Before you buy
We want you to buy with confidence, so we’re upfront about what Muni is:
- It runs only on Apple Silicon Macs (M1 or newer), macOS Sonoma (14) or later. Check this first.
- It works on a bring-your-own-keys basis: you connect your own free third-party API service accounts and pay those providers for your own usage (usually pennies). The ₱997 is a one-time fee to Muni only.
- The FAQ covers setup, the two accounts, and Taglish support.
When we will help
If something is genuinely wrong on our side, contact us and we’ll make it right, which may include a refund at our discretion:
- You were charged but never received your download or license.
- You were charged more than once for the same order, or charged in error.
- Muni has a defect that prevents it from working and we cannot resolve it for you.
Email support@usemuni.app within 30 days of your purchase with your order details and we’ll look into it promptly.
Your payment provider’s terms
Your purchase is processed by our third-party payment provider. Where that provider operates its own buyer-protection or refund terms (for example, a standard refund window), those terms may apply to your purchase in addition to this policy, and a refund may be granted through them.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws that apply to you, including in the Philippines. Where mandatory law gives you a right to a remedy, this policy does not take it away.
